On 13th October, 2016 the NCSC camp was inaugurated by Professor M.N.Dutta, Registrar, Dibrugarh University at Aideo Handique Chatri Nivas (Hostel) . He welcomed the children scientists and their teachers to Dibrugarh University and wished for the success of the programme and also ensured the participants to provide holistic service that will fulfill their requirements and needs during the four day conclave.
