On 13th October, 2016 Dr. Devi Prasad Duari, Director, Birla Planetarium , Kolkata addressed the children scientists at Rang Ghar auditorium of Dibrugarh University.
He discussed on Astrology and Challenges Before Astronomy. He empasised on the development of scientific temperament among the students.
