On 14th October the flag hoisting ceremony started at 8am in the University playground. 35 flags including 27 NCSC districts, Dibrugarh University, NCSTC, NCSC Assam, ASTEC, SSEAEP, BJVJ Assam, STO Silchar and pilgrimage were hoisted during the ceremony.
